Flying to New York City in the morning to take a look at my potential 10-month home starting in August. It's bizarre to even think about. Never had I foreseen such a turn of events. Since my junior year of high school I've had it in my mind that I'd like to pursue a career in journalism. Over the course of the past 9 years, I've experienced a number of peaks and valleys in that pursuit, and this latest development has me starting to believe it may be possible. Getting accepted into Columbia University for J-School (grad school for journalism) is a major step for me in believing I've made the right decisions in my life.
Now, does anyone have $50,000 they're willing to pass my way. That'd be great. Thanks.
