Change Is Good

Sometimes the "same ol' thang" just gets dull. Same scenery, same set-up, same foods, same clothes, same room configuration, same place for writing, so on and so forth. Maybe it's just me and the fact that I'm "compulsively unsatisfied with predictability" (which I've written on here before, but may just be doublespeak for "I do whatever I can to procrastinate"), but mixing it up is sometimes just what the Writer's Block Fairy asked for. So, new year, new city, new approach, new outlook on getting-my-shit-done-when-I-say-it-needs-to-get-done-instead-of-finding-excuses-to-put-getting-the-shit-done-off (oh yeah, and new minimal approach to the blog head, exciting, right?).
