The Facts of Prop 19 - Legalizing Cannabis (VIDEO)

As anyone who lives in the great state of California right now knows, the place has got some major issues. The education system is failing, the deficit is rising, jobs are few and the sun never really came out this summer (or so I heard, not that we can blame that on the gov't). In the upcoming Nov. 2 election, Proposition 19 will be on the ballot. A vote FOR Prop 19 is a vote for legalizing cannabis/marijuana/weed, whatever one may care to call it. By legalizing it, the state can tax its sales and help cut away at the deficit. There are a number of other big-picture benefits to the legalization and regulation, and the video covers most all of 'em. And it's animated. Rad. Enjoy.
